Subject: How to: Mark a session as No-Show / Cancelled
This question seems to be coming up a lot, so, I'm going to review the directions here, as well as on the written guidance document in Netsmart Guidance:
- In My Tasks (Widget) Click "Edit Task"
2. In the "Client Related Task" window that opens up, click "No-Show" or "Write Off/Cancel" - and then click to choose a reason.
