How Approvals Work on the Help Desk

Anytime a request requiring your approval comes into the Helpdesk, you will receive an email requesting your approval. You can click on the link there or view all your pending approvals on the Helpdesk under the Pending Approvals tab. If you have any active pending approvals, a little icon will show next to the Pending Approvals tab indicating the number of approvals pending.
