Sending Clinic Wide Emails to Achieve & Clinical Groups
Sending emails to
clinical@achievebh.org and
achieve@achievebh.org are restricted to an approved group of users. In order to send emails, HR or a clinical director needs to contact the IT Department and inform them that the user should have permissions to email those groups moving forward.
Once permission is granted, emails can be sent using the following steps:
The Reply All button means that some emails can be inadvertently sent to groups who shouldn't have received it which can be the cause of many issues. For us this is most sensitive with the Clinical@achievebh.org and Achieve@achievebh.org org group emails.
To solve for this, any emails you need to send to either of those groups must be sent using the BCC field (see email example below).
Emails sent to those addresses using the To or CC fields, will automatically bounce back. This would result in recipients not being able to Reply All back even if they have permission to do so.
